TRAVEL PAY!!!! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Experience with dental software such as Epic and Dentrix, as well as familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, and CAD technology, will be highly valued. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records accurately using Epic and Dentrix software systems
- Provide chairside assistance in orthodontic and pediatric dentistry procedures
- Educate patients on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Support front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information
Requirements
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or certification
- Proficiency with dental software such as Epic and Dentrix is preferred
- Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, or general dentistry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
- Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures and infection control standards
- Familiarity with CAD systems used in digital dentistry workflows
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
