We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our periodontal specialty practice. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care while utilizing advanced technologies, including dental endoscopy for periodontal debridement and regenerative therapies. Comprehensive training and ongoing education will be provided to support your success in this role.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values excellence in clinical practice, and is dedicated to promoting oral health and disease prevention.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, periodontal maintenance therapy, scaling, and root planing.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with the periodontist and clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Take and review dental radiographs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records.
- Deliver a positive and professional patient experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Dental Hygiene license and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service.
- Proficiency in administering local anesthesia is required.
- Previous periodontal experience is an asset, but not required.
