Position: Dental Product Development & R&D Support Assistant
Wage: $35.00 to $42.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job duties:
- Support dental product development projects from concept development through prototyping, testing, and product launch.
- Assist with product research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new dental products.
- Coordinate and maintain product development documentation, including specifications, test reports, product drawings, and technical records.
- Support prototype development and testing by preparing samples, coordinating test activities, recording results, and reporting findings to the R&D team.
- Assist with quality and regulatory requirements by organizing relevant documentation and ensuring product development activities follow applicable standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support product improvements and resolve development-related issues.
- Conduct basic data collection and analysis related to product performance, testing results, customer feedback, and product quality.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the R&D team, including scheduling, sample management, supplier communication, and maintaining project timelines.
