Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each visit. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. We are open to both full time and part time applicants.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Utilize Tracker software for patient record managment and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license and registered with the BCCOHP
- Experience with Tracker software is preferred.
- Previous dental office experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

Pay: $55.00-$62.00 per hour
