Dentists at Metrotown is a well-established family- oriented practice seeking an additional receptionist. We are a friendly team with long term staff and patients. We are looking for a full-time/part-time dental receptionist who has at-least one year experience working in the dental industry and with Dentrix Software.

Minimum one year of Canadian dental reception experience required.
Minimum one year of experience with Dentrix software is required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate electronic medical records using Dentrix.
Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients regarding treatment plans and office policies.
Perform administrative tasks, including billing and insurance verification, to support office operations.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
