Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for a professional, organized, and outgoing individual with a strong background in dental administration and experience with Dental Assisting. You excel in a fast-paced environment, are a team player, and take pride in providing outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, claims, and billing.
Experience with Curve Dental software is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Saturday availability is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally manage phone calls and direct inquiries.
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and handle financial transactions.
Schedule appointments efficiently for patients and dental professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Office Hours:

Tues: 9 AM – 5 PM

Wednesday: 11 AM – 7 PM

Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM

Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Saturday: 9 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturdays are preferable for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
