Dental Hygienist - Job Description

Our team is committed to providing our clients with dental care of exceptional quality with a mindset of functional dentistry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate part-time dental hygienist to join our collaborative team. The goal is for the position to become full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene therapy
Complete comprehensive modern examinations to assess patient oral health
Educate patients on oral health practices
Take dental radiographs and ITERO scans (on-site training available)
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system
Build rapport with patients of all ages using strong communication skills to build long term relationships

SCHEDULE

Days may vary, likely Mon (9am - 6pm), Tues (8am - 5pm) and Friday (8am - 2pm) to start.
May be required one Saturday/month

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

New graduates are welcome! Come with an open mind to practice functional modern dentistry
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario (CDHO)
Personable, hard-working and team orientated
Valid CPR Certification

COMPENSATION

Negotiable depending on experience and performance
