Pine Family Dental is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The opening is for one day per week, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings in patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary recommendations, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow in the office.
Maintain sterilization protocols for instruments and adhere to infection control standards.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Minimum of 1-year experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with Cleardent software is preferred for efficient patient management.
