Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient education and comfort.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry is preferred.
Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
