Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, sending and receiving insurance pre-authorizations, giving estimates and organizing appointments. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and insurance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage patient treatment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
Collaborate with dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sending pre-authorizations to insurance for treatment that get approved on the initial attempt.
Providing patients with accurate estimates for all recommended treatment.
Support the office team in administrative tasks related to patient management and office operations.

Qualifications

3 - 5 years recent experience in a dental office setting is required
Familiarity with dental software
Strong knowledge of terminology, particularly as it relates to dental procedures and treatments.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
