Summary:

We are a warm and welcoming family dental practice that has built a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care. As our office continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist to help us scale our operations while maintaining the personal, community-oriented feel that our patients love.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, supporting both the administrative and clinical teams, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. As we grow, this role will evolve to include implementing new systems, refining workflows, and supporting team development, with potential to lead to an office management role.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of dental office experience, ideally in a leadership or office management role
Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
Experience with dental software (eg: Tracker)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team with empathy and professionalism
Passionate about growing with a practice and making a meaningful impact

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
