Administrative Lead / Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, goal orientated admin lead to join our boutique patient focused orthodontic practice.

We are looking for someone to welcome our patients and help them make the decision to start their orthodontic journey.

Orthodontic experience is beneficial but not required however, a positive, motivated, friendly personality is mandatory!
This position involves discussing treatment plans, managing patient communications, presenting financials and helping in the clinical and admin as required. Some support in the clinic may be required. This position will provide many growth opportunities and the ability to make a positive difference in the patients and community.

We are a small clinic, so flexibility and ability to help out wherever and whenever is required.

This position has the ability for future growth and development.

Hours are Monday and Tuesdays 8-5, Fridays 9-6 and a forth day added in the future.

Duties

Schedule appointments and follow-ups while managing patient records accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits.
Maintain an organized workflow within the office to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in the training of new staff members on office protocols and software usage.
Utilize dental software and technology to enhance the patient experience.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to foster a positive experience.

Skills

Some dental experience is preferred.
Experience as a dental receptionist, TC or in a similar role is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong computer skills an asset.
