We are seeking a Full Time Dental Receptionist as well as a Full Time Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently
Handle insurance claims, billing, and patient payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries
Support the dental team in fostering a positive office culture

Qualifications:

Dental Reception Position - Previous experience as a dental administrator or receptionist (minimum 2 years)
Dental Office Manager Position - Previous experieince as a dental Office Manager or similar Dental role ( minimum 5 years experience)
Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and scheduling systems (experience with Curve Dental is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
