We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team for a 9-Month Maternity Leave Position. We will also consider an experienced CDA/DA who is cross - trained for receptionist duties and we would be happy to train the right candidate for a possible permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule and confirm appointments optimizing the practice schedule.
Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Process insurance claims and payments efficiently.
Handle inquiries (in person, by phone and e-mail) with excellent communication skills.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist.
CDA experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Dental Terminology, and Insurance Processes is required.
Proficiency with Power Practice Software is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and an ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Position Details:

9-Month Maternity Leave Position for Dental Receptionist/CDA
Start Date: approx. August 11, 2025
Mon.-Thurs. 7:45 am-4:00 pm
Wage subject to experience. Range: $36-$46
