Overview
Dentrix Required. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, including human resources, budgeting, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, billing, and patient records management using electronic medical records systems.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
Handle human resources functions including hiring, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Develop and manage budgets to optimize office resources while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with dental professionals to improve office procedures and patient care protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory of dental supplies and equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or medical office management role is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is preferred.
Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare setting is advantageous.
Background in supervising staff and managing human resources functions is highly valued.
Knowledge of acute care practices within a hospital or clinical environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,240.00-$61,000.00 per year
