Your Role:

Greet patients and ensure a smooth, positive experience
Assist chairside (if CDA) and support clinical workflows
Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and patient communication
Process payments and help with insurance submissions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

A Certified Dental Assistant/ Dental Receptionist
Familiarity with Dentrix is an asset
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
