Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental hygiene team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
Maintain a sterile and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving dental assisting or orthodontics.
Familiarity with Tracker software is a plus, as is knowledge of dental terminology.
Experience working with pediatric and perio patients is advantageous, along with strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
