Job Summary
Our beautiful clinic, located at downtown of Montreal is seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a busy dental office.

Full time position. 4 days a week. Friendly team. Benefits are available (vacation, group insurance).

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments efficiently while considering patient needs and office availability.
Answer phone calls promptly, schedule appointments, process patient insurance information and verify coverage for services rendered.
Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office, ensuring a smooth operational environment.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Skills

Proficiency in Abeldent or a similar dental software is highly desirable.
Strong administrative skills with experience in a medical or dental office setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient care.
