Are you looking for a change in your dental career? We have an extremely rare opportunity to join our dynamic team in Hanover at our sedation office. We are seeking a dental assistant who would like to expand their duties to include both clinical and front desk. This is a part-time position so it is ideal for someone with a young family or semi-retired that requires flexibility in their life.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Tracker and possess IPAC certification. This position is mainly front desk with some dental assisting duties on provider days.

Responsibilities

- Sterilization, setting up and cleaning rooms
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using Tracker
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative and dental assisting tasks as needed

Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Dental Receptionist duties
- Dental Assisting Level II
- Experience with Tracker Dental software

Nice-to-Have Skills:

-Previous front desk experience
- Previous experience with Sedation
- Previous experience in Dental Assisting
