Overview:

Dundarave Dental in West Vancouver is looking for an experienced office manager/receptionist. Our clinic has been in the community for over 40 years and is a block away from the beautiful Dundarave pier. We have long term staff and patients. We are seeking someone with experience as an office manager and receptionist with friendly communication skills.

Duties:

- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments & knowledge in receptionist duties
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with electronic dental records systems
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounts payable is a plus
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with PowerPractice & Tracker software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating with patients and staff in a friendly manner
