Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. It is a permanent part time position for 3days per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient satisfaction. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining a welcoming environment in our office.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, endodonti treatment including molar endos and preventive care.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.
Provide care for pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure comfort during treatments.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, particularly children in pediatrics.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans.
