A Dental Clinic, in the NW, seeking a full time or part time dental administrator/receptionist. We are looking for a team player who is professional, courteous and self-motivated. We would like someone long term, with initiative who wants to make a difference.

Successful applicant will have 1 to 2 years MINIMUM DENTAL experience (knowledge of Abel-Dent is an asset) AND a passion for building strong patient relationships.

Our front-end staff plays an important role in communicating effectively with patients and maintaining an organized schedule. We are a busy, fast paced office with multiple dentists who each have their own scheduling preferences. Experience with treatment coordination, insurance claims, pre-determinations, customer service and the ability to manage time & prioritize duties efficiently are a MUST.

Evenings and weekends are required; 2 evenings/week until 7:15 pm, every Saturday (8 hrs.). Weekly hours are 20-40 with the potential for more in the future. Benefit package offered after 3 months. Please submit your resume and cover letter.
