Key Responsibilities:

Patient Engagement & Retention: Connect with patients through personalized communication, ensure high satisfaction, and re-engage patients who’ve dropped off.
Front Desk & Office Support: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate EMR records.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to promote new initiatives and continuously improve patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A background in medical office administration or customer-facing roles, especially in physiotherapy clinics, is a plus.
Skills:
Phone Skills: Professional and friendly phone etiquette is key to positive patient communication.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle schedules, patient communications, and documentation.
Excel: Comfortable using Excel to track data, manage patient appointments, and generate reports.
Digital Systems: Experience with EMR systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools and software.
Personality: You’re a problem-solver who works well with others and thrives in a collaborative environment. You care about the details and always put patients first.
