We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the face of our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about medical aesthetics and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless start to their visit.
Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and the daily calendars of doctors and technicians.
Respond promptly and knowledgeably to email and phone inquiries, providing detailed treatment information.
Process billings and daily cashouts with accuracy.
Maintain stock control for the reception area.
Capture daily operational data.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of reception.
Ensure all consent forms are completed prior to treatments.
Provide aftercare advice following patient visits.
Assist with before-and-after photography.
Share in-depth knowledge of treatments and retail products to educate and guide patients.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for the medical aesthetics industry and a desire to grow within it.
Proven sales experience in a client-facing role with the ability to build trust and drive conversions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire confidence in patients.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
A polished, professional presentation that reflects our clinic’s brand.

Requirements

Minimum two years in a patient coordinator or comparable customer-facing role.
Availability to work Sundays with flexibility for schedule changes.
Proficiency with the Zenoti booking system.
Prior knowledge or experience in medical aesthetics is a strong asset.
Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely people-focused.

4% commission on individual retail sales
