Job Summary:

At Blossom Dental Centre, we are a dedicated dental practice in providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We strive to create a positive and welcoming dental experience and focus on patient care. We are looking for a dental administrator to add to our team.

As a dental administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our clinic. This position requires reception knowledge, expertise in financial processes, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the dental office including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
Handle appointment booking and confirmation.
Oversee billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
Maintain patient confidentiality and maintain commitment to professional standards through proper handling of sensitive information.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with dental staff to establish strong patient relationships and excellent patient care and satisfaction while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.
Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in dental office administration prefered
Proficient in billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Experience managing a team in clinical settings
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Cleardent is prefered

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
