We are a family practice looking for a full time individual with a minimum of 2 years of dental administration especially hygiene coordinating as well treatment coordinating experience. We are only looking for an individual that is willing to stay long term and grow within our practice.

The ideal candidate should be positive, highly motivated team player with excellent communication and organizations skills with attention to detail. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to:

Reception duties:

· Minimum of 2 years of Dental administration

· Fluent in English

· Outstanding customer service

· Professional telephone manner

· Professionally greet all visitors to the office

· Answer phone calls, emails and respond accordingly

· Schedule appointments

· Handling of financial matters

· Submit insurance claims and liaising with insurance companies

· Ensure proper patient follow up

· Hygiene Coordinating

· Treatment planning

· Assist with various administrative duties

This job requires MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CANADIAN DENTISTRY! Only applicants with experience will be considered.
