We are seeking a friendly, dependable and patient focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Saturdays.

West 41st Dentistry at Yew is located in Kerrisdale, surrounded by great shops, cafes, and restaurants in a charming walkable neighbourhood. We are an established practice with over 60 years of history, serving a loyal and welcoming community.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking to supplement their current schedule or for someone who prefers weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including root planning , scaling, polishing and fluoride
- Take digital radiographs
- Take intraoral photos
- Conduct periodontal charting
- Capture iTero scans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in diagnosing and treatment planning alongside the dentist
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow industry standards and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Dental Hygiene license
- Experience with Tracker dental software preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- New Graduates welcome!
