Our expectations:

We are looking for a full time dental receptionist with prior work experience (at least 1 year in a dental office) who is willing to work efficiently and result in top tier patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Motivated and Hardworking

-Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanour

-Schedule and confirm appointments

-Manage patient records using PARADIGM software

-Handle billing and insurance

-Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries

-Perform general administrative duties

-Communication between staff

Qualifications:

-Fluent in English with clear and concise articulation (additional languages is a bonus)

-Proven ability to multi-task efficiently

-PARADIGM experience preferred

-Understanding of dental terminology and practices

-Previous experience in a Canadian dental practice

-Great computer and interpersonal skills

-Strong teamwork and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
