Dhuga Dental Centres Brampton and Vaughan is looking for a recall coordinator/treatment planning coordinator to work full-time between both office locations.

A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS DENTAL FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/TX PLANNING COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF TRACKER SOFTWARE A BONUS. ONLY THOSE WITH 2 YEARS DENTAL FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE SHOULD REPLY AND WILL RECEIVE RESPONSES.

The successful candidate must have

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills
Exceptional computer skills
Recent experience working at a dental office performing above duties
Work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
Ability to work well with a team and understand the entire dental office - both admin and clinical

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule hygiene and dentistry appointments
Follow-up with dental insurance companies
Day to Day patient communication
Treatment coordination for basic and major dental treatments

We are looking for a quality individual who can help treatment plan and coordinate patient treatments day to day. The successful candidate will be someone that we can see working well with our current team and adapting to our environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
