Our busy orthodontic office is searching for a fun, bright, energetic person that loves interacting with people to join our team. We pride ourselves on quality patient care and are looking for a dynamic coordinator who can manage multiple tasks with a smile.

To be successful in this role you must be proficient in computer technologies, software and skilled in multiple platforms. As well, we are seeking an organized individual with strong communication skills and be detail oriented.

Patient treatment and financial coordination, dental insurance knowledge, social media / marketing, accounting, as well as dental/orthodontic experience would be an asset but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person. As we have 2 office locations, Nanaimo and Parksville, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to both locations.

Wage: Starting at $28.00+++ depending on experience.

Full time which is 32hrs and potential for up to 40hrs. depending on experience.
