COMPENSATION:

$36 – $40 hourly, depending on experience

SCHEDULE:

Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week; Monday–Friday)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proven Office Manager experience in a dental practice setting, demonstrating 5 years of experience in the industry
Strong background in surgery practice administration preferred
Excellence in team leadership and staff development

• Proficiency in dental practice management software, with Tracker serving as an asset

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
