The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent patient service. Experience with electronic medical records and dental software such as Tracker is highly preferred. The Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Tracker software
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic records accordingly
Collect payments and explain billing procedures to patients
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
Manage front desk supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist preferred
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Tracker software
Knowledge of dental terminology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative procedures in a dental environment
