Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dental office management, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dental office procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Duties

Manage the overall operations of the dental office, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Supervise and train office staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to protocols.
Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Implement and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical administrative support tools such as Abeldent.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal standards.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in practice management as well as aiding in marketing the practice

Qualifications

Proven experience in dental office management and dental office experience is required.
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
Knowledge of fiscal management practices including budgeting and financial oversight.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
Familiarity with relevant regulations such as IPAC, RCDSO and CDHO
