Summary

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Ari Dentistry Prosthodontics in London/ON. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless patient experience, aligning with our commitment to exceptional dental care.
Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment
Manage front desk operations to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Support training and development initiatives for staff
Foster a welcoming environment for patients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in front desk operations within a dental office setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in office administration and clerical tasks
Familiarity with prosthodontics and paediatric dentistry
Familiarity with Cleardent patient management software
Having dental assisstant background
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Team management experience is a plus
