Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling shifts for team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Train new employees on office management processes and customer service protocols.
Answer patient questions regarding procedures, timelines, insurance coverage, and financial options.
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments in alignment with treatment needs as an when necessary.
Review insurance benefits, submit pre-authorizations, and help patients maximize coverage.
Discuss financial arrangements, set up payment plans, and collect necessary deposits.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment details are properly documented in the practice management system.
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Tracker Dental Software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to enhance client interactions.
Previous experience in dental office management and/or dental receptionist is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to lead a team effectively.
