Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist WITH PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE ONLY to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while independently managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in handling electronic records and familiarity with dental terminology, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule appointments and manage the schedule for the dental office.
Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services and answering patient questions.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic record system Tracker.
Process patient payments and insurance claims efficiently.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Keep the front desk area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in maintaining compliance with health regulations and office policies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a MUST (applicants without dental experience will not be considered)
Proficiency in using electronic records system Tracker.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
Not more than 40 minutes commute to the clinic
A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Ukrainian/Russian speaker will be a plus.
