The team at Parkview Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery located in Ancaster/Hamilton, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

The office hours are Monday through Friday and ranges between 7am to 5pm (6-8 hour daily shift) depending on the patient schedule. Our office is closed on weekends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1-2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset
Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset
Experience with dental insurance policies such as ODSP, HSO, NIHB, CDCP, etc is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
Team oriented
