This opportunity:

Bridgewater Richmond Dentist is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our friendly, patient-focused team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an organized, confident leader with a proven track record in dental office management.

Competitive salary and compensation: $75,000–$87,000 (based on experience)

COMPENSATION:

$75,000.00 - $87,000.00 annual salary based on candidate experience

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week
5 days of the week, Monday - Friday, some weekend work may be required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum 2 years of dental office management or administration experience
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
Experience with dental software (Tracker preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of reporting and budget management
Commitment to patient privacy and excellent customer service
