Dental Receptionist – Flexible Full Time / Part Time Cedar Tree Dental | Victoria, BC

Cedar Tree Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, well-established practice in Victoria. We are a supportive, patient-centered team looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Schedule: We are looking for a flexible 4–5 day per week schedule, with options for part-time or full-time availability.

Availability must include Fridays from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and starting in the fall, Saturdays will also be required.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out
Scheduling and maintaining an efficient daily schedule
Answering phones and handling patient inquiries
Processing billing, insurance claims, and payments
Presenting treatment plans and financial details
Managing patient records using Tracker software

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years dental reception experience
Experience with Tracker software is preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
