Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventative dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience. Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using dental management software
Manage patient appointments and follow-up care instructions
Ensure a clean and sterile environment in compliance with infection control protocols
Address patient questions regarding treatment plans and oral health maintenance
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient service

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred

Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
