The right candidate will:

Be a qualified Level 2 Dental Assistant with NDAEB Certification
Put both their head and heart into their work and patient care

Practice high standards of care
Be available to work Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm
Be a helpful and kind team player
Be able to reliably commute to our Mississauga office and, on occasion to our Brampton office
Administrative skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials, ensuring a sterile environment.
Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments and handle billing inquiries as a dental receptionist.
Support orthodontic and pediatric procedures, ensuring comfort and safety for all patients.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
