Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through thorough cleanings, patient education, and support for overall oral health. This role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning and scaling teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as ClearDent
Manage patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Ensure the sterilization and proper handling of dental instruments and equipments
Collaborate with the dental team to create a welcoming environment for all patients

Skills

Proficiency in ClearDent or similar dental practice management software
Experience in dental assisting or related roles is preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Compassionate approach toward patients of all ages, especially children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
