We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first and last point of contact they will be the key ambassador in our office.

Responsibilities include a variety of administrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the practice. This includes scheduling management for multiple providers, billing, insurance claims, and patient follow up.

Key Responsibilities include:

Greeting and registering patients as they arrive in accordance with the office philosophy on the standards of care
Manage the provider schedule, and confirm all upcoming patient appointments
Manage incoming calls and respond to all requests for information in a timely manner
Utilize the office systems to maximum potential using reporting for new opportunities
Perform daily chart audits
Organize referrals to other specialists as needed
Collect and/or arrange payment schedule from patients at time of treatment
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options, completes insurance forms and billing records
Prepare and mail billing statements following accounts receivable protocols
Prepare claim forms for dental insurance and arrange supporting documentations
Sort, distribute and respond incoming/outgoing communications
Follow and inform patients of dental guidelines and policies, such as privacy and security

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven success achieving quotas and targets
Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills.
Ability to build and/or follow workflows to achieve acquisition/revenue targets.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence (written and verbal).
Experience in the field of customer service
Personal interest in professional development and growth

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
