Greenwood Park Dentistry is looking for a Dental Receptionist with a Dental Assistant background to join our positive, supportive, and fast-paced dental team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands clinical workflows and enjoys providing outstanding patient care from the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out
Schedule appointments using Cleardent
Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims
Answer phones and assist patients professionally
Support daily administrative operations

Requirements (Must-Have)

Dental Assistant experience is mandatory
Prior dental reception experience is a strong asset
Strong computer and communication skills
Bilingual candidates are an asset
