Overview
We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for a professional, organized, and warm Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and values teamwork, structure, and clear communication.

You won’t be expected to “do everything” but you will be an essential part of how our practice runs smoothly and how our patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Handle payments and basic insurance coordination with accuracy
Maintain patient records with care, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Communicate clearly with the clinical team to support patient flow
Help keep the front desk organized, calm, and efficient
Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture

You might be a great fit if you:

Have previous experience in a dental office (preferred)
Are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly and kindly, even on busy days
Take ownership of your role and follow through
Enjoy being part of a team that supports one another
Are comfortable with Abel dental software (or willing to learn)

Education & Experience

Dental or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is an asset
Strong customer service and organizational skills required

Compensation & Benefits

$25-28 per hour, based on experience
32–36 hours per week (consistent, predictable schedule)
