Responsibilities include:

Managing daily front office and administrative operations
Overseeing scheduling, billing, insurance, and collections
Leading and supporting a long-term, collaborative staff
Ensuring an excellent patient experience
Maintaining compliance with dental and workplace regulations

Qualifications:

Previous dental office management experience required
Must have working knowledge of ClearDent dental software
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Solid understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented
