Job description

We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

You have a passion for building strong relationships with patients and providing them with optimal oral health care. You have an outgoing personality, professional, and courteous with a great attitude in patient care.

Your responsibilities include:

Presenting treatment plans and options specific to each of our patients’ needs
Thoroughly explaining insurance and financial plans with each patient
Answering our patient’s questions and ensuring they understand and are comfortable with their treatment options
Coordinating with our patients and doctors to schedule their appointments

Your qualifications include:

Completion of a CDA program an asset
A minimum 2 years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator
Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and the ability to educate patients
3-5 years of clinical and administrative dental office experience
Sound knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology
Experience working with cleardent

This is a full-time position. We know that wages are important and will commensurate according to your previous experience with opportunity for annual increases. In addition to a base wage, we offer the following employer paid benefits for you and your immediate family:
