**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a small but growing dental practice in Richmond and are currently looking to have a permanent hygienists for 2-3 work days per week. We are currently looking for availability on Wednesdays and Fridays. Hours are standard (9-5) with no evening shifts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform deep dental cleanings and assist dentists with procedures

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Maintain patient records accurately

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Conduct initial patient screenings

**Experience:**

- Previous experience working in a dental office is considered an asset, but new grads are welcome to apply

- Experience in Cleardent preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology

- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset.

- Experience in dental assisting is beneficial

- Strong communication skills
