Accurate Denture Clinic Ltd. is looking to hire a local and motivated certified dental office receptionist to fill a full time position in our busy and established clinics in Chilliwack, BC on Monday to Friday, 8 am. to 4:30 pm. A qualified candidate must have the dental office receptionist certificate.

Main job requirements, but not limited to:

Incoming and outgoing phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Completing patient charts
Daily housekeeping of the office
Sending/replying to emails/correspondence from patients and dentists
Accounts receivable
Following up with patients
Presenting treatment plans
Operatory turnover
Billing treatment to insurance companies

Previous experience of the above tasks is an asset. Our office direct bills to all the major insurance companies.

Having the knowledge of DomX software is an asset, but we will also provide training for the right candidate.
