We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental practice. This role requires proficiency in handling electronic medical records and familiarity with dental terminology. The Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between patients and the dental team.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental software, ClearDent.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic medical records.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
Process patient payments and verify insurance information.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming for patients.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.

Experience

Previous experience in a medical office or as a Dental Receptionist is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and phone systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
